Complimentary insured shipping is included on every Chapter Set and standalone medallion within the continental United States. International shipping is available on request through the concierge; rates and timing depend on destination and customs.
All shipments require an adult signature on delivery.
Heritage Edition pieces are produced and shipped in the order reservations are received. Estimated fulfillment timing for the current chapter is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Production timelines may shift based on craft and supply. We will communicate any meaningful change directly through the concierge.
You will receive an order confirmation by email when your reservation is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your piece ships. Your numbered serialization is assigned at fulfillment and noted in the shipping confirmation and the Republic Archive.
Each Chapter Set may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, in original presentation, and accompanied by every element of the set — timepiece, medallion, oak case, Founders Statement, Certificate of Authenticity, and Chapter Story Card.
To begin a return, write to the concierge at concierge@frwatchco.com. We will issue return-shipping instructions and a prepaid insured label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned set.
The individually numbered serialization renders each piece personal. Once a watch has been worn, engraved, or otherwise personalized, the sale is final.
Standalone medallions may be returned within 14 days if unworn and in original presentation.
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact the concierge within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the package and the contents. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact the concierge as soon as possible. All shipments are fully insured.
Because each Chapter Set is individually numbered, direct exchanges are not offered. You may return the original within 14 days for a refund and place a new reservation if you wish to acquire a different chapter.
International shipping is available on request and may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs delays in your country. You are responsible for any such charges. Please contact the concierge before placing an international reservation so we can confirm timing and total cost.
